This is your home page for The SpringBoard Program 2025, with the live program elements running from Monday, 31 March to Friday, 1 August 2025. Here you’ll find key dates for the program, links to all live sessions (live learning and office hours), and the recordings from all live learning sessions.
The SpringBoard Program gives you access to all online, self-paced courses and complements these with live teachings with subject matter experts, weekly office hours with me, along with email and WhatsApp support for times in between the weekly office hours and (roughly) fortnightly live teachings.
Break into the Boardroom
A course to transform you from Board hopeful to Board Member. Whether you’re seeking your first Board role or next (paid?) Board role, this course is your Board career companion. Its step-by-step approach helps you to formulate a Board search strategy aligned to your Board goal(s). It’s the bedrock of the SpringBoard program.
Build Your Board Resume
This program – with additional live components – is a deep dive to helping you craft a Board Resume that stands out and gets you onto a Board. The content is also included in Break into the Boardroom, but you can also access the course directly to view previous live learning sessions and are invited to any future program live learning sessions (keep an eye out for those emails too).
Boardroom Bootcamp
This course gives you a comprehensive introduction to being a company director (Board Member) on a Board. It helps you to know what to do once you’re in the Boardroom. If you’ve previously undertaken formal governance education (like the AICD Company Director’s Course or something similar), this course can serve as a useful reference point and content refresher on the vital aspects of Board service and being a valued and valuable Board Member.

Office Hours
Every Wednesday between 9 am and 11 am (Sydney time)
Except for Wednesday 26 April 8 am – 10 am
Office hours provide you with the opportunity to drop by my Zoom meeting ‘office’ to ask a question, seek some feedback, or test your thinking on any topic. Think of it like my open door policy. You only have to drop by if you have something on your mind, and you only need to stay for as long as you need to. If you don’t need to drop by, you don’t need to.
