About Michelle

Michelle is the Company Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel of OZ Minerals, after having spent most of her career in a leading national law firm. Michelle has particular experience in commercial transactions, corporate advisory and compliance with the ASX, ASIC and other regulatory bodies.

As well as being a Certificated Member of the Governance Institute of Australia, Michelle holds Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Adelaide and was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2010. Michelle also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Along with her skills in business and law, Michelle is a strong advocate for women’s sports, and joined the board of Netball SA in February 2018.
